Calsoft to sell product business for Rs 100 cr; stock up

California Software Company has signed a master agreement to sell its outsourced Product Development Business to Alten Europe.

MUMBAI: California Software Company has signed a master agreement to sell its outsourced Product Development Business to Alten Europe. The sale includes all its tangible and intangible assets and head counts for a consideration of about Rs 100 crores.

The stock was at Rs 42, up 2.94 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 43 and low of Rs 41.10 in trade so far.
