Cadila Healthcare forms JV with Bayer

MUMBAI: Cadila Healthcare has signed an agreement with Bayer HealthCare to set up 50:50 joint venture in the name of "Bayer Zydus Pharma" for the sales and marketing of pharmaceutical products in India.

The stock was at Rs 807.50, down 1.82 per cent on the BSE. It touched a low of Rs 802 and high of Rs 837 in trade so far.
