Bulk deals: YES Bank yet again dumps Reliance Naval shares

Here’s who bought what in bulk deals in Friday's trade.

Mumbai: Reliance Naval, Jump Networks and National Aluminum Co witnessed block deals in Friday’s trade.

For the day, the 30-share Sensex closed 1.68 per cent or 535.86 points to close at 31,327.22, while the 50-share Nifty dropped 1.71 per cent or 159.50 points to close at 9,154.40.

The decline eroded Rs 2 lakh crore of market capitalization of listed stocks on the BSE.


Here’s who bought what in bulk deals in Friday's trade:

>> In the fourth such sale this week, YES Bank sold another 50,00,000 shares in Reliance Naval at Rs 1.30 a share. The shares closed 4 per cent higher at Rs 1.30 on the NSE.

>> Essar India bought 6,09,800 shares of Jump Networks at Rs 48.91 a share, while Vee Three Informatics sold 6,00,000 shares in the company at Rs 48.90 a share. The shares closed 2.41 per cent lower at Rs 48.60 on the NSE.

>> ICICI Prudential Bharat 22 ETF bought 171,09,821 shares of National Aluminum Co at Rs 34.43 a share. The shares closed 8.16 per cent lower at Rs 30.95 a share on the NSE.
