Bulk deals: Buena Vista Asian Opportunities Fund sells stake in HealthCare Global

Mumbai: Among key bulk deals on Tuesday, Buena Vista Asian Opportunities Master Fund pared some of its stake in hospital chain Healthcare Global Enterprises.

For the day, the 30-share Sensex closed 0.60 per cent or 190.10 points lower at 31,371.12, while the 50-share Nifty shed 0.46 per cent or 42.65 points lower at 9,196.55.

>> Buena Vista Asian Opportunities Master Fund sold 5,64,381 shares in Healthcare Global Enterprises at Rs 85.41 a share. The fund held 3.24 per cent stake in the hospital chain at the end of March quarter, the shareholding data showed.

>> Asian Agro Industries bought 1,19,194 shares in Asian Hotels (North) at Rs 59.44 a share.

>> Macro Commodeal bought 37,600 shares in WAA Solar at Rs 16.50 per share.
