BSE to delist Nirma from March 24

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today announced that trading in the equity shares of Nirma Ltd will be discontinued with effect from March 24, on account of delisting of the company as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009.

MUMBAI: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today announced that trading in the equity shares of Nirma Ltd will be discontinued with effect from March 24, on account of delisting of the company as per SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009, BSE said in a statement here.

Following the delisting, Nirma scrip will be also removed from BSE-500 index and BSE Mid-Cap Index, the release added.

The BSE will include A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services in BSE-500 Index from March 24.

It has also decided to include Sudar Garments Ltd scrip in BSE IPO index with effect from March 15, it said.
