BSE raises Rs 373 crore from anchor investors
The issue is entirely an offer for sale of a total of 1.54 cr shares (including anchor portion) by existing investors s including Singapore Exchange, Atticus Mauritius, Acacia Banyan Partners and Caldwell India Holdings Inc.

Smallcap World Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, FIL Investment (Mauritius), Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, Kuwait Investment Authority Fund, HDFC Mutual Fund, Reliance Capital Trustee Co, Birla Sun Life Trustee Company and SBI Mutual Fund were among the anchor investors. Smallcap World Fund picked up a significant chunk of the anchor portion of about 18.77%
BSE's IPO will be the first issue to hit the market in calendar year 2017. The issue will begin on Monday and close on Wednesday.
