Plutus Wealth Management bought 9.8 million shares of Himadri Specialty at Rs 43.98 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
MUMBAI: BC India Investments today sold 25.98 million shares or 6.2 per cent stake in Himadri Specialty Chemicals through a bulk deal on the BSE at Rs 42.96 apiece.
Prior to the stake sale, BC India Investments held 24.64 per cent stake in the specialty chemical company, according to the December quarter shareholding pattern of the company.
In another transaction, Plutus Wealth Management bought 9.8 million shares of Himadri Specialty at Rs 43.98 apiece through a bulk deal on the BSE.
On the National Stock Exchange’s website, the bulk and block deal data for today was not updated at the time of publishing.
