NEW DELHI: Hulst BV, promoter of Coforge, offloaded 60 lakh shares of the company on Thursday, some of which were bought by Societe Generale and Nomura India Investment Fund, bulk deal data published by BSE.
These deals happened at prices in the range of Rs 4,260-4,275. Shares of the company plunged about 7 per cent earlier in the day.
In another transaction, EARC Trust sold 6,07,581 shares of Hindustan National Glass & Industries at Rs 11.93 per share, data on NSE showed.
