Brandhouse Retails, a group company of S Kumars, listed at Rs 33 on the National Stock Exchange. The company had issued 5, 19,94,195 equity shares of the face value Rs 10 each.

MUMBAI: Brandhouse Retails, a group company of S Kumars, listed at Rs 33 on the National Stock Exchange. The company had issued 5, 19,94,195 equity shares of the face value Rs 10 each.
The company was launched as a subsidiary of S Kumars but was later demerged as a separate entity. During the demerger, shareholders had got 1 share of BHRL for every 5 S Kumars shares held.
BHRL sets up and manages exclusive brand outlets for the following brands; Reid & Taylor, Belmonte, Stephens Brothers, Carmichael House and leading international luxury brands like Escada and Alfred Dunhill.
Morgan Stanley Mauritius and Citigroup hold around 4 per cent each in the company.
At 10:18 am, Brandhouse Retails shares were at Rs 22, up Rs 12 or 120 per cent against its face value price of Rs 10.
