Only those shareholders who hold Bizotic Commercial shares in their demat accounts as of Monday will be eligible to receive the bonus shares. As per Sebi's T+1 settlement cycle, investors must buy the company's shares at least one trading day before the record date for them to be credited to their demat accounts and qualify for the bonus issue. This makes today the last day to buy the stock to be eligible for the bonus shares.
All about Bizotic Commercial’s bonus issue
Bizotic Commercial in July announced that its board of directors have considered and approved the plan to issue five bonus shares with a face value of Re 1 each for every existing share held in the company, with a face value of Rs 10 each, as on the record date.The bonus shares will be issued out of the company’s securities premium account or free reserved, whose balance stood at around Rs 1.06 lakh crore as on March 31, 2026.
In an exchange filing released earlier this month, the company announced that August 17 has been fixed as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders set to receive the bonus shares. The said shares will be allotted to the eligible shareholders on August 18.

Bizotic Commercial share price
Bizotic Commercial shares gained over 2% to close at Rs 662 apiece on Thursday. The stock has gained more than 46% in the past five days, and 3% in the past one month, although the stock has declined 37% in six months.While the stock has overall fallen 24% in 2026 so far, it has delivered a multibagger return of more than 148% in the past one year. In the longer term, the shares of the company surged more than 287% in the past five years.
