NEW DELHI: Bombay Dyeing Ltd slipped 7.35 per cent in trade on Friday, after it reported a standalone net loss of Rs 53.37 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.

The stock ended the day in red, down 7.01 per cent or Rs 6.10 at Rs 80.90.

The company had posted a net loss of Rs 53.63 crore in the same period of previous fiscal, it said in a filing to BSE.

Bombay Dyeing hit a low of Rs 82 and a high of Rs 84.40 in trade today.

Total income from operations, on a standalone basis, fell by 27 per cent to Rs 404.71 crore as against Rs 554.40 crore in the April-June quarter of previous fiscal.
