BoI's Rs 155 cr bond issue fully subscribed
Public sector Bank of India (BoI) on Friday said its private placement of Innovative Perpetual Debt Instrument (IPDI) for Rs 155 crore has been fully subscribed.

MUMBAI: Public sector Bank of India (BoI) on Friday said its private placement of Innovative Perpetual Debt Instrument (IPDI) for Rs 155 crore has been fully subscribed.
The issue opened for subscription on October 3 and its scheduled date of closure was October 15.
However, since the entire subscription has been received, the issue has been declared closed on October 4, a bank release said here.
The lender has raised funds to the tune of Rs 500 crore by way of IPDI bonds this fiscal, it said.
