Bliss GVS Ltd okays bonus issue
Bliss GVS Ltd, engaged in manufacturing health care and pharma products, today said it has approved the proposal to issue three bonus shares for every five equities held by the shareholders of the company on rights basis.
The board of directors took a decision to this effect at its meeting, the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company board has appointed Vibha N Kamath as an additional director, it said.
Final approval of the shareholders would be sought at the 23rd annual general meeting on September 12, the statement added.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 46.85, down 2.60 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
**** Merger of two firms with Adhunik Metaliks approved * Steel manufacturer Adhunik Metaliks Ltd today said its board has approved the merger of two firms -- Vedvyas Ispat Ltd and Sri M P Ispat & Power Pvt Ltd -- with itself.
The board of directors took a decision to this effect at its meeting, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange in a written communique.
The merger is subject to final decision on the share-swap ratio and other formalities, it said.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 108, up 2.61 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
