MUMBAI: Packaging solutions provider Bilcare onh Tuesday said its promoters have pledged 16.74 per cent stake in the company for an undisclosed amount.
In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that promoters have pledged 28.8 lakh shares representing 16.74 per cent stake in the company.
Mohan Harakchand Bhandari has pledged 24 lakh shares, representing 13.95 per cent stake, and Nutan Mohan Bhandari has pledged 4.80 lakh shares, representing 2.79 per cent stake in the company, the filing added.
Shares of Bilcare were trading at Rs 382.05, up 1.22 per cent on the BSE.

Shares of Bilcare were trading at Rs 382.05, up 1.22 per cent on the BSE.
