Bhushan Steel promoter sells shares for Rs 16.57 cr
Aarti Singal, a promoter of Bhushan Steel, on Monday sold 5.5 lakh shares of the company worth Rs 16.57 crore to Bhushan Infrastructure Ltd.

MUMBAI: Aarti Singal, a promoter of Bhushan Steel, on Monday sold 5.5 lakh shares of the company worth Rs 16.57 crore to Bhushan Infrastructure Ltd.
Bhushan Infrastructure bought the shares of Bhushan Steel held by Singal at Rs 331.55 apiece taking the aggregate deal size to Rs 16.57 crore in a block deal, according to the data available with the National Stock Exchange.
Taking into count today's share sale, Singal has sold 20 lakh shares of the company to Bhushan Infrastructure this month. On January 6, Singal had sold 3.5 lakh shares and on January 5, she disposed of another 6 lakh equities.
As of the September quarter, Singal held 67,91,070 shares or 3.2 per cent in Bhushan Steel, while Bhushan Infrastructure held 10,556,950 equities or 4.97 per cent stake ownership in the steel company.
Shares of Bhushan Steel ended at Rs 336 apiece on the BSE, down 0.75 per cent from the previous close.
