Bhagyanagar to allot 55 lakh warrants

MUMBAI: Bhagyanagar India Ltd has approved the issue of 55,00,000 warrants, each convertible into one equity share, of face value Rs 2 each at Rs 90 per warrant on preferential basis. The warrants will be allotted to Consolidated Securities - 40,00,000 warrants, CSK Realtors - 5,00,000, Trimurthi Drugs & Pharmaceuticals - 5,00,000, and Sunil D Parakh -5,00,000. At 1:42 pm, Bhagyanagar India shares were up 5.6 per cent at Rs 74.45 on BSE.
