Bessemer Venture to invest in Spanco subsidiary; stock up

MUMBAI: Bessemer Venture Partners Trust, Mauritius has entered into a share subscription agreement Spanco Power Distribution, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spanco, for investment upto Rs 800 million on preferential basis.

Shares of Spanco were at Rs 157.30, up 3.59 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 157.50 and low of Rs 151 in trade so far.
