Bessemer India may offload its entire 15.67% stake in Medi Assist for Rs 560 cr

Mumbai: Bessemer India Capital Holdings II may offload its entire 15.67% stake in Medi Assist Healthcare Services for over ₹560 crore in a block deal on the exchanges on Tuesday, according to a term sheet seen by ET. The investment firm, which is part of the promoter group, will sell 1.1 crore shares in the company, it said.

The deal may be executed at a floor price of ₹507 per share, a 4% discount to Monday's closing price of ₹527.9.

Medi Assist and Bessemer Venture Partners did not respond to an ET query as of press time.


Promoters owned a 20.55% stake in Medi Assist as of June 30. Bessemer India Capital Holdings II held a 15.67% stake.
