Bermaco Energy System buys Core Projects shares at Rs 340 per share

MUMBAI: Bermaco Energy System has increased its stake in Core Projects to 3.09 per cent by buying 11.62 lakh shares through a bulk deal on BSE. The shares were bought at Rs 339.80 valuing the transaction at Rs 39.48 crore. Goldman Sachs Investment (Mauritius) and Deutsche Securities (Mauritius) were the major sellers.
