Berkshire further builds Phillips 66%, buys 704,000 shares

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc purchased an additional 704,000 shares of oil refiner Phillips 66.

The purchases were made between Aug. 22 and Aug. 24, according to a regulatory filing from Buffett's Omaha, Nebraska-based company on Wednesday. Berkshire held 79.5 million shares following the latest purchases, which would be valued at about $6.17 billion.
