BEML gains 8% on Rs 523 crore order win

NEW DELHI: BEML Ltd surged over 8 per cent in trade on Wednesday after the state-run company said it has bagged orders worth Rs 523 crore from Saudia Arabia and the Indian Railways.

At 09:55 am, BEML was trading 8.3 per cent higher at Rs 317.15. It has hit a low of Rs 298 and a high of Rs 317.55 in trade today.

The Bangalore-based company, in a BSE filing said it has got Rs 450 crore order from the Indian Railways and the rest from Saudi Arabia .
