Banswara Syntex net profit up 82% at Rs 17.23 cr; stock up

MUMBAI: Banswara Syntex reported net profit of Rs 17.23 crores for the quarter ended March 2011 as compared to Rs 9.47 crores in the same quarter a year ago. Net sales were at Rs 245.82 crores as against Rs 179.37 crores in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

The stock was at Rs 141.15, up 0.75 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 147 and low of Rs 140.20 in trade so far.
