Banco Products to transfer gasket division;stock surges

MUMBAI: Banco Products has approved transfer of its gasket division business undertaking to its proposed subsidiary Banco Gasket (India).

The stock was at Rs 78.70, up 6.35 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 80.35 and low of Rs 73.50 in trade so far.
