Avanti Feeds slips 10% as Q2 net profit dips to Rs 37 crore

NEW DELHI: Shares of Avanti Feeds slipped as much as 10 per cent in muhurat trading session on Sunday to rs 535 after the company reported 15.9 per cent year-on-year (YoY) fall in the net profit of the quarter ended September 30 to Rs 37 crore.

The consolidated net revenue for the quarter ended September 30 was higher by 33.8 per cent yoy at Rs 713 crore, said a report.

However, reported EBITDA fell by 11.1 per cent YoY to Rs 56 crore and EBITDA margins shrank 397 bps YoY to 7.9 per cent.
