Promoter Ashok Soota has sold a part of his stake in Happiest Minds Technologies in a bulk deal worth 762.8 crore on BSE. Soota sold 91.3 lakh shares at 834.87 apiece, amounting to 6% of the company's total equity. He held a 38.34% stake in the company as on March 31, 2024. Shares of Happiest Minds Technologies declined 9.44% to 830.45 at close on Tuesday.
