Ashish Kacholia buys fresh stake in smallcap textile stock

Ace investor Ashish Kacholia has taken fresh positions in Arvind Fashions. According to the latest shareholding pattern of the smallcap textile stock, the investor held 14,56,054 equity shares or a 1.1% stake in the company.

Ashish Dhawan is another ace investor who holds a high 4.94% stake in Arvind Fashions as of the September quarter.

In the September quarter, Kacholia also hiked stake in Shankara Building, Megastar Foods, and Xpro India. Further, as per the latest filings, the investor holds 37 stocks with an estimated net worth of over Rs 220.5 crore, Trendlyne data shows.


Shares of Arvind Fashions ended 1.82% higher at Rs 332.50. The stock, on a year-to-date basis, has yielded 22% returns, while its 1-year return is at 1.6%.

With an m-cap of Rs 4,400 crore, Arvind Fashions houses brands including Flying Machine, Arrow, and US Polo Assn, among others.
