Ashish Kacholia buys additional 2.53 lakh shares of Barbeque Nation

A week earlier, Ashish Ramesh Kacholia had bought 2,53,004 shares of Barbeque Nation in a bulk deal transaction, data published by NSE showed.

New Delhi: Seasoned investor Ashish Kacholia has increased his stake in restaurant chain Barbeque-Nation Hospitality. It is the second time in the last seven days that he has bought shares of the company.

Kacholia has added 2.53 lakh shares of Barbeque Nation at Rs 1,163 per share, valuing the transaction at Rs 29.36 crore.



Following the update, shares of Barbeque Nation rallied 3 per cent to Rs 1208.20, before giving up some gains to trade at Rs 1201 at 10.45 am. The scrip settled at Rs 1,177.10 on Wednesday.

Shares were acquired by the marquee investor at an average price of Rs 1,163 per share then, thus, the entire value of the deal stood at Rs 29.42 crore.
