Arvind Fashions, Vertex Securities among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 209.06 points up at 37,602.54 on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Suditi Industries (down 16.47 per cent), Vertex Securities (down 11.24 per cent), Naysaa Securities (down 10 per cent), Arvind Fashions (down 9.83 per cent), Kamanwala Housing (down 9.68 per cent), Amrapali Fincap (down 9.52 per cent), Ansal Buildwell (down 9.50 per cent), Jaipan Industries (down 9.09 per cent), Vikram Thermo (down 8.65 per cent) and Bhagyanagar Industries (down 8.36 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 33 stocks were trading in the green, while 17 stocks were trading in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 53.35 points up at 11,310.45.
