Aptus Value Housing Q4 Results: Profit jumps 26%, AUM grows despite NPA uptick
Aptus Value Housing Finance reported a 26% YoY rise in Q4 net profit to Rs 207 crore, aided by strong revenue growth and business expansion, despite marginally higher NPAs.

Its revenue from operations for the quarter under review stood at Rs 484 crore, up 29% year-on-year as compared with Rs 374 crore earlier.
The lender's assets under management rose 25% year-on-year to Rs 10,865 crore at the end of March with gross non-performing assets ratio rising to 1.19% from 1.07% a year back.
"The slight uptick in NPAs compared to the last quarter is primarily attributable to macroeconomic conditions and seasonal factors," managing director P Balaji said.
The company board has proposed a second interim dividend of Rs 2.50 per equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year 2024-25.
The company offers home loans, loans against property and business loans to the low and middle-income groups.
