Apollo Hospitals to allot Rs 77 cr shares to its promoter

DELHI: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise on Saturday said it would allot over 15.49 lakh shares to its promoter Prathap C Reddy for about Rs 77.09 crore.

In a filing to the BSE, Apollo Hospitals said its committee of board of directors has approved the allotment of 15.49 lakh equity shares to Prathap C Reddy at a price of Rs 497.69 a piece.
