The public issue opened for subscription on September 7, 2026, and closed on September 9, 2026. During the three-day bidding period, the issue was subscribed around 1.26 times overall.
The IPO carried a fixed issue price of Rs 60 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares.
For retail investors, the minimum application requirement was 4,000 shares, or two lots. At the issue price, this translates into a minimum investment of Rs 2.40 lakh.
With the grey market currently indicating zero GMP, market participants are expecting Apana Logistics shares to list around the IPO issue price, although the actual listing price will depend on trading conditions when the stock debuts. Investors should note that GMP is an unofficial indicator and does not guarantee the actual listing price.
Corporate Makers Capital Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager for the issue, while Kfin Technologies Ltd. served as the registrar.
Financial Performance
Apana Logistics Ltd. recorded strong growth in FY26, with total income rising 44% to Rs 31.07 crore from Rs 21.61 crore in FY25. Profitability also improved significantly, with PAT surging 89% to Rs 5.86 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 3.11 crore in FY25.IPO Objects of the Issue
Apana Logistics plans to use the IPO proceeds primarily to fund capital expenditure for the purchase of reach stackers, for which Rs 25 crore has been earmarked. As of March 31, 2026, the Company owned and maintained a fleet of 33 truck-trailers, 5 reach stackers and 2 cranes. The Company had 62 permanent employees as of June 30, 2026, comprising personnel across management, accounting and computer, operations, technical, maintenance and support functions.
