The assets, acquired from Ap Co Infratech, KCC Buildcon and Welspun Group, comprise operational Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and annuity projects awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL).
With the latest acquisitions, the fund has invested in 25 road projects across nine states and one Union Territory over the past two years, with a cumulative enterprise value of about ₹25,000 crore, making it one of the country's fastest-growing infrastructure investment platforms. Also, these acquisitions show growing investor appetite for operational road assets backed by long-term annuity and HAM cash flows, amid increasing interest from domestic infrastructure funds in de-risked transport assets.

Alpha Alternatives has also partnered with Dilip Buildcon to improve capabilities across the infrastructure asset lifecycle, from construction to operations.
"Given the long residual concession life of approximately 14 years, these assets will create long-term value for our stakeholders," said Jignesh Shah, head of infrastructure, Alpha Alternatives.
