Alkem Labs, Mawana Sugars, Ramky Infra rally up to 18% on Wednesday

Domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, were trading in red in the afternoon trade on Wednesday on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters amid mixed global cues.

( 5.63 ) , Ramky Infra ( 5.99 ) , Uttam Value Stl ( 6.67 ) , Zenith Birla ( 7.14 ) , Shekhawati Poly ( 8.33) , Responsive Ind ( 8.61 ) , REI Six Retail ( 9.09 ) , Oriental Trimex ( 9.42 ) , Mawana Sugars ( 9.85 ) , Prime Sec ( 9.92 ) , SAL Steel Ltd ( 10.00 ) , Pan India Corp ( 14.29 ) , Simplex Project ( 17.74 ) rallied over 5 per cent intraday till 12.50 pm (IST).
In the Nifty 50 index, Zee Ent. ( 2.29 %) , Bosch ( 1.19 %) , ITC ( 0.85 %) , HDFC Bank ( 0.68 %) , M&M ( 0.63 %) , Bharti Infratel ( 0.39 %) , Bajaj Auto ( 0.35 %) , Asian Paints ( 0.33 %) , Grasim Inds. ( 0.29 %) , Lupin ( 0.25 %) , PowerGrid ( 0.22 %) , Hind. Unilever ( 0.20 %) , UltraTech Cem. ( 0.20 %) , RIL ( 0.14 %) , HDFC ( 0.06 %) were trading in green.

The Nifty 50 index was down 59.50 down at 8732.80. Among the 50 stocks, 15 stocks were trading in green, while 36 were trading in red.
