Aksh Optifibre to issue 1 million shares at Rs 63 each

MUMBAI: Broadband services provider Aksh Optifibre Ltd said on Thursday its board has approved the issue of 1 million shares at 63 rupees each on preferential basis. The board has also approved issue of 1 million convertible warrants at 63 rupees each, it said in a statement. Shares in the company were trading up 1.9 percent at 53.25 rupees in the Mumbai market.
