Akruti City promoters pledge 13.34% stake
Construction firm Akruti City on Friday said three of its promoters have pledged 88.99 lakh shares representing 13.34 per cent stake with the lenders.

MUMBAI: Construction firm Akruti City on Friday said three of its promoters have pledged 88.99 lakh shares representing 13.34 per cent stake with the lenders.
In a disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Akruti City said its promoter Lata M Shah has pledged 3.01 per cent stake amounting 20.07 lakh shares.
Further, two other promoters Hemant M Shah and Hemant M Shah HUF have also pledged a total of 68.92 lakh shares representing 10.33 stake in the company.
"The shares have been pledged as primary/secondary security for the project funding/loans availed by Akruti City," the company added.
At the end of December quarter, Hemant M Shah held 8.70 per cent stake in the company, whereas Hemant M Shah HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) had 10.33 per cent stake.
Shares of Akruti City were trading at Rs 1,045.50, up 2.68 per cent in the late afternoon trade on the BSE.
