The latest grey market premium (GMP) stands at Rs 12, or around 11% over the IPO price of Rs 105 per share. Based on the current GMP, Aegeus Technologies’ estimated listing price is around Rs 117 per share, although grey market premiums are unofficial indicators and can change before listing.
The public issue was open for subscription from August 4 to August 6, 2026, and received a strong response across investor categories. The IPO was subscribed 29.91 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 25.59 times, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category saw 23.88 times subscription. The non-institutional investor (NII) segment emerged as the strongest, with the issue subscribed 48.05 times.
Aegeus Technologies fixed the final issue price at Rs 105 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares.
For retail investors, the minimum application comprises two lots, or 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of Rs 2.52 lakh at the upper price. For high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), the minimum application is three lots, or 3,600 shares, amounting to Rs 3.78 lakh.
Turnaround Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
GMP Today: What Is the Grey Market Signalling?
The latest GMP for the Aegeus Technologies SME IPO is around Rs 12 per share, equivalent to a 11% premium over the issue price of Rs 105. If the GMP holds, the implied listing price could be around Rs 117 per share.
However, investors should keep in mind that GMP is an unofficial market indicator and does not guarantee the actual listing price. The stock’s debut will ultimately depend on demand and market conditions on the listing day.
Aegeus Technologies Raises Rs 6.01 Crore From Anchor Investors
Ahead of the IPO, Aegeus Technologies raised Rs 6.01 crore from anchor investors. The anchor bidding took place on August 3, 2026, a day before the issue opened for public subscription. The participation of anchor investors added another layer of institutional interest ahead of the SME listing.
Where Will Aegeus Technologies Use the IPO Funds?
The company plans to deploy the Rs 23.71 crore raised through the issue across several business priorities. The proceeds are earmarked for product development, capital expenditure for setting up a manufacturing facility, including land and civil works, and funding working capital requirements to support future growth. A portion of the proceeds will also be used for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
Profit Jumps 189% in FY26
Aegeus Technologies has also reported a sharp improvement in its financial performance. The company’s total income surged 88%, rising from Rs 21.90 crore in FY25 to Rs 41.22 crore in FY26. Profitability improved even more dramatically. Profit after tax (PAT) jumped 189%, from Rs 1.39 crore in FY25 to Rs 4.02 crore in FY26. The sharp rise in both revenue and profit has increased investor interest in the company ahead of its stock market debut.
