Aditya Consumer Marketing rallies over 8%; here’s why

For 2017-18, the company reported a net profit of Rs 3 crore against Rs 1.30 crore a year ago.

Aditya Consumer Marketing went up over 8 per cent on Friday on news that it has opened its fourth franchise outlet of Yo! China restaurant in Bihar.

The scrip was up 8.19 per cent at Rs 130.85 at around 10 am. It opened at Rs 120 and touched a high and low of Rs 132 and Rs 117, respectively, so far. The benchmark BSE Sensex was down 59 points, or 0.17 per cent, at 35,403.

For 2017-18, the company reported a net profit of Rs 3 crore against Rs 1.30 crore a year ago.


The stock had scaled 52-week high of Rs 237 on February 21 this year and 52-week low of Rs 39 on June 14, 2017.

The company started its operation and opened its first supermarket under the brand 9to9 in 2002 in Patna. From thereon, it continued to expand its business and forayed into diversified businesses.
