ADIA exits Mindspace Business Parks REIT, sells Rs 1,926 cr stake

Mumbai: Abu Dhabi Investment Authority sold 5.43 crore units of Mindspace Business Parks REIT in a bulk deal on Tuesday for ₹1,926 crore. The units were sold by its unit Platinum Illumination A 2018 Trust at ₹354.3 per unit.

Following the sale, the sovereign wealth fund has exited the REIT. ICICI Prudential MF bought units worth ₹375 crore, Capital Group bought for ₹362 crore and HDFC Standard Life Insurance bought units worth ₹140 crore.
