Adani Enterprises to raise up to Rs 3,000 cr via NCDs

Mumbai: Adani Enterprises will raise up to ₹3,000 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures, the company said on Wednesday. These funds will be raised either through a private placement, a public issue, a qualified institutional placement or a preferential issue. The flagship company of the Adani Group may also use more than one of these methods in combination and may raise the funds in one or more tranches, it said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
