Acme Universal Safezone 9 saw the strongest debut among the three, listing at a premium of 42.2%. The stock opened at Rs 101 apiece on the BSE SME platform against the issue price of Rs 71.
Shivchem Agro shares debuted flat at the IPO price of Rs 62 apiece on the BSE SME platform.
Pind Hospitality, on the other hand, saw a discounted debut, listing at Rs 79.2 apiece, down 20% from the issue price of Rs 99.
Pind Hospitality IPO
The Pind Hospitality IPO was a Rs 17.82 crore book-built issue, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 18 lakh shares. The issue opened for subscription on September 28 and closed on September 30, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 1, with the shares scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.The public issue was subscribed 2.71 times overall, with the individual investors' portion subscribed 4.31 times, the QIB (Ex Anchor) portion 1.00 times and the NII portion 1.15 times.
The company fixed the IPO price band at Rs 93 to Rs 99 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper price band, retail investors were required to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 2,400 shares, involving an investment of Rs 2,37,600.
Fedex Securities Pvt. Ltd. acted as the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar to the issue.
Acme Universal Safezone 9 IPO
The Acme Universal Safezone 9 IPO was the largest of the three issues, with a size of Rs 35.93 crore. The IPO comprised an entirely fresh issue of 50.61 lakh shares.The issue was subscribed 23.41 times overall. The individual investors' portion was subscribed 15.23 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 31.29 times and 31.98 times, respectively.
The IPO opened on September 28 and closed on September 30, 2026. The allotment was finalised on October 1, and the shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.
The company fixed the price band at Rs 65 to Rs 71 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Retail investors were required to apply for at least two lots, or 3,200 shares, translating into an investment of Rs 2,27,200 at the upper price band.
Expert Global Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was the book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities Pvt. Ltd. was the registrar to the issue.
Shivchem Agro IPO
The Shivchem Agro IPO raised Rs 14.01 crore through an entirely fresh issue of 22.60 lakh shares. The issue opened for subscription on September 28 and closed on September 30, 2026.The IPO was subscribed 2.20 times overall. The individual investors' portion was subscribed 3.50 times, while the QIB (Ex Anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 1.00 times each.
The allotment was finalised on October 1, and the shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on October 6.
The company fixed the IPO price band at Rs 59 to Rs 62 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. Retail investors were required to bid for at least two lots, or 4,000 shares, involving a minimum investment of Rs 2,48,000 at the upper price band.
