63 Moons slips as CBI raids Jignesh Shah residence

The scrip was trading nearly 12 per cent down at Rs 85.75 at around 11.20 pm (IST).
Shares of 63 Moons --formerly known as FTIL -- took a big knock on Friday after ET Now reported that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has carried out searches at residences of Jignesh Shah and two others.

Jignesh Shah is promoter of the company and held 18.08 per cent stake as of December-end last year.

The scrip opened at Rs 94 and has touched high and low of Rs 94.25 and Rs 82.30, respectively, eventually closing at Rs 89.80, down 7.57 per cent.


“The CBI raids Jignesh Shah-managed FTIL headquarters,” the report said. The report added that the probe agency also raided the homes of top executives Shrikant Javelgekar and Joseph Massey.

The stock had scaled its fresh 52-week high of Rs 166 on October 24, 2017, and 52-week low of Rs 53.80 on August 10, 2017.
