NEW DELHI: As many as 5 stocks on NSE hit fresh 52-week low despite bullish sentiment in domestic equity market.

TV Vision Ltd, Sri Adhikari, KSS Ltd, Infomedia Press and Atlas Cycles touched their new 52-week low in morning trade on NSE on October 30.

The NSE Nifty index was up 58.50 points up at 10,381.55 on Monday on account of buying in select frontline bluechip counters and firm Asian cues. The BSE Sensex was up 166.89 points at 33,324.11.

On the other hand, Consol Const., Hisar Metal Ind, Maruti Suzuki, Bata India, Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd., United Nilgiri, Bhansali Engg, Industrial Invst, Aspinwall and Company Ltd., Zota Healthcare Ltd., Manaksia Steels Ltd., Aurionpro Sol stocks hit their fresh 52-week high today.

In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, ONGC, SBI, Bharti Infratel, HPCL, Maruti Suzuki, YES Bank, Hindalco Inds., Eicher Motors and UPL Ltd were among top gainers on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

However, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Cipla, Wipro, Dr Reddy’s Labs, Coal India Ltd, Axis Bank, M&M and HDFC were among top losers.

Traders were seen piling up position in textiles, leather, equipments, petroleum, infrastructure, cables, retail, banks and telecom sectors however, selling were visible in aquaculture, engineering, transport, tyres and hospitality sectors.
