Shares of five SME IPOs — Coreintegra Consulting, Pooja Logistics, Liqvd Digital, S.K. Offset and Unitec Fibres — are set to make their debut on September 30. Coreintegra Consulting and Pooja Logistics will list on the NSE SME platform, while Liqvd Digital, S.K. Offset and Unitec Fibres will make their debut on the BSE SME platform.

Among the five issues, Liqvd Digital recorded the highest overall subscription at 5.08 times, followed by Unitec Fibres at 3.92 times and Pooja Logistics at 3.11 times. Coreintegra Consulting was subscribed 1.40 times, while S.K. Offset received bids for 1.18 times the shares on offer.

Coreintegra Consulting IPO

The Coreintegra Consulting IPO was a Rs 21.99-crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 28.19 lakh shares. The IPO was open for subscription from September 23 to September 25 and is scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform.


The issue was subscribed 1.40 times overall. The individual investors' portion was subscribed 1.42 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 1.05 times and 1.46 times, respectively.

The company fixed the price band at Rs 74 to Rs 78 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Based on the upper price band, the minimum retail investment was Rs 2,49,600. Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Pvt Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd was the registrar to the issue.

Pooja Logistics IPO

The Pooja Logistics IPO was a Rs 44.23-crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 38.46 lakh shares. The IPO was open from September 23 to September 25 and is scheduled to list on the NSE SME platform.

The issue was subscribed 3.11 times overall. The individual investors' category was subscribed 2.86 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 2.50 times and 4.87 times, respectively.

The price band was fixed at Rs 109 to Rs 115 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail investment stood at Rs 2,76,000. Share India Capital Services Pvt Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities Pvt Ltd was the registrar to the issue.

Liqvd Digital IPO

The Liqvd Digital IPO was a Rs 39.01-crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 63.22 lakh shares worth Rs 34.14 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 9.02 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 4.87 crore.

The IPO was subscribed 5.08 times overall, making it the most subscribed among the five SME issues. The individual investors' category was subscribed 1.43 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 1.00 times and 21.02 times, respectively.

The IPO was open from September 23 to September 25 and is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform. The price band was fixed at Rs 51 to Rs 54 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment stood at Rs 2,16,000. Indorient Financial Services Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd was the registrar to the issue.

S.K. Offset IPO

The S.K. Offset IPO was a Rs 29.06-crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 23.25 lakh shares. The IPO was open for subscription from September 23 to September 25 and is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform.

The issue was subscribed 1.18 times overall. The individual investors' category was subscribed 0.78 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 2.61 times and 0.80 times, respectively.

The company had fixed the price band at Rs 119 to Rs 125 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment was Rs 2.50 lakh. Comfort Securities Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while Maashitla Securities Pvt Ltd was the registrar to the issue.

Unitec Fibres IPO

The Unitec Fibres IPO was a Rs 34.47-crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 39.17 lakh shares. The IPO was open from September 23 to September 25 and is scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform.

The issue was subscribed 3.92 times overall. The individual investors' category was subscribed 2.73 times, while the QIB (excluding anchor) and NII portions were subscribed 5.30 times and 4.89 times, respectively.

The price band was fixed at Rs 83 to Rs 88 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. At the upper price band, the minimum retail investment stood at Rs 2,81,600. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd was the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd was the registrar to the issue.
