MUMBAI: Software services firm 3i Infotech rose 3 per cent after it acquired a 26 per cent stake in Hyderabad-based IT infrastructure services firm Locuz Enterprise Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
3i has an option to acquire the remaining stake, it said in a statement, but did not disclose further details.
At 10:30 am, shares of the company were up 3.15 per cent at Rs 131 with volume traded at 71896 against two-week average of 4,26,352 shares.
