DF International Partners II and ABG Capital sold shares worth Rs 385.16 crore on NSE, while Wellington Hadley Harbor Aiv Master Investors (Cayman) III sold worth Rs 349.23 crore on BSE.
SBI Mutual Fund bought shares worth Rs 632.21 crore across both exchanges. The stake sales happened on the day when the mandatory lock-in on pre-IPO shares was lifted, although it could not be ascertained if these investors were allotted shares in the pre-IPO placement.
DF International Partners II and ABG Capital sold shares worth Rs 385.16 crore on NSE, while Wellington Hadley Harbor Aiv Master Investors (Cayman) III sold worth Rs 349.23 crore on BSE.
The three entities offloaded 4.6% of the company’s total equity in the deal. DF and Wellington Hadley Harbor sold their entire stake in the deal As of December 31, DF held 1.2% stake while ABG and Wellington Hadley Harbor Aiv owned 1.4% and 2.2%, respectively. Urban Company’s shares fell 3.1% to Rs 109.9 on BSE.
