22% of my customers have not paid a single installment since moratorium: Y S Chakravarti, Shriram City Union Finance
We have ended with more than 65% of collections in August from our SME customers. I expect 60-70% of the 22% customers who have not paid so far would be willing to come in and pay in September, says Y S Chakravarti, MD & CEO, Shriram City Union Finance.
