Companies that report more than 25% YoY profit growth for two consecutive quarters signal strong and consistent earnings momentum. An ETMarkets analysis found that around 37 BSE midcap stocks posted over 25% YoY profit growth in both the March 2026 and June 2026 quarters.
Of these, 22 stocks delivered double-digit returns over the past year. We highlight 13 midcap stocks that gained between 40% and 118% in one year, backed by strong profit growth over the last two quarters. Consistent earnings growth can improve a company’s cash-generating capacity, support future expansion and boost investor confidence. However, investors should also assess whether the growth is driven by core business operations or by one-off gains, tax benefits or other exceptional items. (Data Source: ACE Equity)
