10 top losers of Monday's early session

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 74.88 points down at 34,936.77 on Monday in morning trade on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of TCI Finance (down 17.14 per cent), Dai Ichi Karkaria (down 14.16 per cent), Som Distilleries (down 13.69 per cent), Vivid Global (down 11.31 per cent), Indo Amines (down 10.45 per cent), Betex India (down 9.93 per cent) and Paramount Communications (down 8.28 per cent) were among the worst performers.

Denis Chem Lab (down 7.80 per cent), V2 Retail (down 7.57 per cent) and Globus Spirits (down 7.44 per cent) too declined around 7 per cent at around the same time.


In the Nifty pack, 17 stocks were trading in the green, while 33 stocks were in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 29.35 points down at 10,523.65.
