Whirlpool India Q3 net down 12.15% to Rs 21.17 crore

MUMBAI: Home appliances maker Whirlpool of India today reported 12.15 per cent decline in its net profit for the third quarter ended December, 2011 at Rs 21.17 crore.
The company's net profit during the three months ended December 31, 2010 stood at Rs 24.10 crore.
Whirlpool's net sales for the quarter under review also declined 1.21 per cent to Rs 592.99 crore, as against Rs 600.27 crore in the third quarter of 2010-11 financial year, it said in a filing to the BSE.
