Ushdev International Q4 net jumps 3 times to Rs 31.8 crore

MUMBAI: Metal trading firm Ushdev International Ltd (UIL) today said its consolidated net profit rose by over three times to Rs 31.81 crore in fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.

Consolidated income for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 stood at Rs 2,069 crore, registering a growth of 76.97 per cent, as compared to Rs 1,169.13 crore in the same period last year, the company said in a statement.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2012, the company's consolidated net profit rose by 65.39 per cent to Rs 72.34 crore as against Rs 43.74 crore of last fiscal.

The company also announced a dividend of 21 per cent or Rs 2.10 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10 each.
